Anant manages a diverse practice portfolio from Mumbai & Indore, while specialising in general commercial litigation, arbitration, company law-related disputes, competition law, environment and industrial laws relating to handling of hazardous substances etc., and white-collar crimes. He routinely handles matters relating to the financial markets, as well as other commercial and regulatory matters pertaining to various financial sector intermediaries, industries and other private clients.

He has also extensive experience in practicing in dispute resolution roles before the appellate and original side in issues relating to commercial and general laws, securities and capital markets regulation and administrative laws. He regularly advises clients on foreign exchange laws, company law and SEBI related laws as part of general corporate commercial practice, apart from doing legal due diligence, drafting opinions and drafting various commercial contracts including shareholders agreement, and investment agreement or any other agreement.

He regularly appears before the Bombay High Court and the High Court of Madhya Pradesh apart from taking up various pro-bono matters before district courts in both States.  His composure and experience in dealing with complex legal battles across multiple tribunals and appellate courts across the country, including but not limited to RERA, NCLT, DRT, consumer forums and other forums such as competition law tribunal is a blessing to the firm, when it comes dealing with such issues.
